Unfortuntely, finding these dolls can get precarious due to where they appear. But since Jack Skellington is such a popular character, you should definitely go after these dolls. How you can find the Matryoshka Dolls in Disney Dreamlight Valley is quite random, due to the fact that their spawns are different for each player.

The four Matryoshka Dolls will most likely spawn in these locations: The Plaza, Glade of Trust, Forest of Valor, Peaceful Meadows, and Sunlit Plateau.
