New Cheats Discovered For Super Punch-Out!!, Including A Multiplayer Mode

It has been three decades since Super Punch-Out!! was first released for the SNES, yet new secret cheat codes have been discovered for the game, including a cheat code that unlocks a hidden multiplayer mode.

The first cheat will give access to a free match mode if on the title screen you hold Y+R on the second controller, and then press A or Start on the first controller. After this, a different screen will appear instead of the regular menus and you can now select any character to fight a free single match, with fighters from Special Circuit available.

This ties into the second cheat code as well, because when in that mode, if you hold B+Y on the second controller, then press A or Start on the first controller, the free match mode can also be used to access the two-player mode, which allows both characters to be controlled by you and another player.

The cheats were discovered by Twitter user Unlisted Cheats who shared the news on social media.

These codes have been tested in the Nintendo Switch Online release of the game and were shown to work as well. Time for some multiplayer fun.
