North America League Stage 1 Major Betting Preview

For those unaware, Ubisoft decided to innovate for this year, creating a new competitive format with new Rainbow Six tournaments.

Accordingly, the competition has been split into a number of regions, with multiple stages. Taking place between 15th March and 5th April, the North America League Stage 1 is only the first leg of competition in the region.

Featuring the top 8 teams in Rainbow Six Siege for North America, $200,000 are up for grabs together with the following seeds at hand:

  • 1-3rd – BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen – international Major event
  • 4-6th – Last Chance Qualifiers
  • 7-8th – Open Qualifiers Playoffs

Following the opening Group Stage, teams are now competing in the Deciders Stage, with a modified GSL format and BO3 matches. Right now, there are two pending matches we can’t wait to watch:

April 5th (20:00 CEST)

  • Spacestation vs beastcoast

April 5th (22:30 CEST)

  • M80 vs DarkZero Esports

In order to preview these matches, we’ve gathered Rainbow Six betting odds thanks to BC.Game. As a reliable esports betting platform, we’re happy to recommend the platform for anyone interested in placing bets this weekend – learn more via our BC.Game review!

Spacestation vs beastcoast

Our first match is one which heavily favours the likes of Spacestation. Specifically, thanks to their strong performance in the Group Stage, where they finished second.

However, it’s not that clear cut. While beastcaost may have only placed fifth in the Group Stage, they have strong chances here. Moreover, in the Round Robin, beastcoast where one of two teams who managed to take down Spacestation.

Bearing this in mind, Spacestation need to be careful here, as beastcoast has every chance to upset – a great Rainbow Six betting opportunity!

  • Predictions: Spacestation (2-1) beastcoast
  • Odds: Spacestation Outright Win (1.36), beastcoast Outright Win (2.9)

M80 vs DarkZero Esports

Similarly, the match between M80 and DarkZero Esports favours one team when we look at the Group Stage statistics. Notably, DarkZero Esports walked away as the champions of the Group Stage, while M80 barely made the cut at 6th place.

Accordingly, the last time these two teams matched up, DarkZero barely beat M80 with a close 8-7 scoreline which could have realistically gone either way.

Should M80 manage to upset here, it would be the biggest surprise of the entire tournament. Getting here, M80 has already taken down Soniqs and Spacestation – could DarkZero, one of the best Rainbow Six Siege teams, be next?

  • Predictions: DarkZero Esports (2-1) M80
  • Odds: M80 Outright Win (2.36), DarkZero Esports Outright Win (1.52)
