In Reverse 1999, you’ll need to choose your characters wisely to strike a great balance whilst boasting great stats. Here are three-tier lists for three separate categories of characters.

Below is a complete tier list of all the damage-dealing characters in Reverse 1999.

S Tier

These are the greatest damage dealers in Reverse 1999 that you’ll want on your team.

A Tier

The following characters are solid damage dealers that you won’t be complaining about.

These characters won’t let you down, although they leave something to be desired.

C Tier

These characters are decent enough, although you’ll want to substitute them soon.

D Tier

Poor Rabies here isn’t the worst, but you still won’t want to bother with him.
