Over the last decade or so, Ubisoft has released a lot of games. It has so many games available to play that it’s no surprise if you’ve skipped an Assassin’s Creed here or a Far Cry there. Luckily, the company had a nice surprise at its recent Ubisoft Forward 2022 showcase. Ubisoft Plus is currently free from now until October 10. If you’ve got a few Ubisoft games filling up your backlog, now is the perfect time to cross a few off.
Once you’re on the page, you’ll notice there are two free versions of Ubisoft Plus to choose from. The first is the standard version that gives you access to the full library of Ubisoft Plus titles and DLC on PC. The other option is the multi-access plan, which lets you use Stadia to stream a selection of titles. But, since both plans are free and offer the same value, you may as well go for the multi-access plan. Just bear in mind that you’ll need to cancel the subscription before the end of the month if you don’t want to continue paying for the plan.
Over 100 Ubisoft games to choose from for free
Ubisoft Plus is a fantastic service for those who want to catch up on some of the developer’s biggest releases. And with new releases launching on the service day one, it’s one of the best ways to try Ubisoft’s newest games. From classic titles like Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory or Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, to more recent games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Far Cry 6, this free month for Ubisoft Plus is a great excuse to dip your toes into genres you may not be a huge fan of. The Anno series is brilliant for those who aren’t well-versed in RTS games, and Rayman Legends is a classic platformer.
You’ve got an entire month to dip your toes in a ton of different types of games, so make it count. This is also the perfect opportunity to go back and play through any DLC you may have missed from your favorite games. Be sure to act quickly, though. Ubisoft Plus’ free month will end on October 10.
