Riot Games Teams Up With Lexis Partners for Worlds 2022

Riot Games has agreed to partner with Lexis Partners to bring the final of the 2022 League of Legends World Championship to cinemas all around the globe. Just like the deal that was made with Piece of Magic and National Amusements last year, Riot maintained its line on the subject.

Taking Worlds 2022 to the Next Level

Riot Games has been working to get the Worlds 2022 experience to the highest level possible. The company had already announced many partnerships with different corporations in different areas. Tiffany & Co joined the hype train and redesigned the trophy and other different companies in different fields came together to support the event and advertise their names at the most awaited League of Legends tournament of the year. According to the latest announcement, Lexis Partners has also joined the partnership crew. Riot Games has teamed up with Lexis Partners to broadcast Worlds 2022 Final at cinemas all around the world.

This partnership will unite fans all around the globe at cinemas once again. Riot has shared a list that covers only the United States and Canada but it is expected to reach all around the globe as the competition continues. Tickets for all the cinemas are accessible to people on Riot’s own website. However, the list shows that more than 35 states in the United States and most of the Canadian provinces are already set. It says on the website that new theaters are being added daily. Lexis Partners Collab

Worlds is the biggest esports event of the year, and this collaboration with Lexis Partners will help us bring the excitement of the World Final to big screens across the world.

“We look forward to providing the community with another way to experience the sport and spectacle that makes Worlds so special.” Naz Aletaha, Global Head of LoL Esports at Riot Games said.

Lil Nas X made this year’s Worlds song and it was criticized by many players and fans on social media but the hype that it created is also being talked about all around the world. The famous rapper will perform at the opening ceremony of this year’s World Championship and that ceremony will also be broadcasted in those selected cinemas.

Last year, Riot Games partnered with the distribution company Piece of Magic and American theater company National Amusements. The Worlds 2021 Grand Final was broadcasted in over 70 cinemas across Europe. It united all the fans who wanted to socialize and share the experience with another League of Legends enthusiast.

Considering the 2022 LoL Worlds prize pool, it is the biggest Riot Games event of the year. It started recently and the first stage of the tournament is already done. Now, it is time for the real challenge in which the best teams all around the world will compete against each other. The first stage was play-ins and four teams qualified for the main event. It is now time for the main event.
