Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew Drops Anchor on PS5 in August

Mimimi Games, the makers of Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and Desperados III, has unveiled the release date for its latest real-time strategy outing. Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew sees the studio turn its talents to the world of pirates, and it’s sailing to PS5 on 17th August 2023.

The above trailer features new gameplay set to an appropriately salty sea shanty. In case you’re unaware, this is a stealth strategy game in which you’ll guide your cursed pirate crew towards a legendary treasure while avoiding (or doing away with) the Inquisition. You’re able to pause time to set up takedowns and other manoeuvres, using the various supernatural abilities of your crewmates.
