Shopify Signature Series – Clem & Others

The Signature Series of player profiles videos has returned with Shopify as a sponsor. The first episode, featuring (Wiki)Clem, has just been released. Originally produced by Blizzard from 2017 to 2018 to highlight BlizzCon participants, Signature Series was discontinued after the 2018 WCS season. It is yet unknown as to what other players will feature in the new, 2021/22 edition of Signature Series.

I love this! Getting to know the players a little more intimately makes the competitive scene even more enjoyable to follow.

really nice to get these kinds of humanizing touches for players, and especially to see people competing in a healthy way with supportive families. Makes it a lot easier to like and cheer for people you otherwise only see as faces on a screen or obstacles to your existing faves.

What a beautiful video. Clem is just the sweetest young man. He comes across as a bit shy at first which is such a drastic change from his incredibly confident play style. I am a bit disappointed in myself that I used to dislike his games vs Serral because he had his number for like the entire year of 2020, and all I wanted was for Serral to win. This video has certainly made a Clem fan for life. Thank you so much for bringing this back!
