Sol Cresta update 1.0.4

PlatinumGames has issued a new update for Sol Cresta, with the game moving up to version 1.0.4.

Fixes and adjustments are included this time around. For instance, PlatinumGames changed the hit detection size of the Yamato with 2 or 3 ships combined.

The full patch notes are as follows:

Changes/Adjustments

  • Reduced the hit detection size of the Yamato with 2 or 3 ships combined.
  • Increased the number of starting ships selectable in Options to 10.
  • Added a scanline setting to Options. This setting can also be changed during gameplay.
  • Significantly increased the score bonus for finding the hidden PT character.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in which the secret bonus for destroying an F Ball was not being properly awarded.
  • Fixed an issue in which the stage 6 boss would disappear offscreen.

All Sol Cresta players on Switch can download the new version 1.0.4 update now. The game is currently available on the eShop, though Limited Run Games has also been in charge of a physical release.
