Spider-Man Remastered PC Features Ray Tracing and DLSS

Developer Insomniac Games has announced a batch of new features for the PC version of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered via a blog post shared on publisher Sony‘s website.

“Our goal was to make this game a visual stunner on the PC platform and that meant opening up extensive configurability to PC users with varying hardware, as well as introducing some new techniques and tools to push things even further.” writes Mike Fitzgerald, Core Technology Director at Insomniac Games.

If your hardware supports Ray Tracing reflections and DLSS, you will get to experience Spider-Man’s New York with a whole new level of visual fidelity. The game will also have DLAA support, making it look sharper for those with Nvidia GPUs. However, keep in mind that DLAA provides the best visual experience at a performance loss, unlike DLSS.

Alongside AI-based technologies that will make your swinging experience smoother, the hotly anticipated game will have DualSense wireless controller support for those who want to feel the “realistic trigger feedback” on their hands. Not to worry though, you will also be able to play on a mouse and keyboard.

Additionally, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered supports achievements and cloud-saving technology on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. Players who pre-order the game will receive early game content, such as a three-suit pack, five skill points and early access to the Spider-Drone Gadget.

Insomniac has also revealed the official system requirements for Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. At the minimum, players will need an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 or AMD equivalent GPU to run the game. You can see all PC specifications in the graphic below:
