So far, VP started with a loss against HR, followed by a win versus DS and OneMove. Unfortunately, the squad wasn’t able to defeat BetBoom Team and has another clash ahead in the face of Team Spirit. 

HYDRA

There is no arguing that HYDRA is one of the best-performing teams from Division II in the 2023 DPC Tour 2. Despite being the newcomers in Division I, the squad defeated DS and Na’Vi in Week 1. However, it wasn’t able to deal with Team Spirit, HR and BetBoom Team.

The good news is that HYDRA performed better than expected in each of its 3 losses. This puts them in a really good position before the Virtus.Pro vs HYDRA match will take place just a few days from now.

After carefully analyzing both teams’ most recent results and overall performance, we expected HYDRA to succeed. The team is just playing better on the current Dota 2 patch, so we think it will be victorious.

As we can see from both teams’ matches, those closer almost always give us access to 3 full games. Consequently, we expect the Virtus.Pro vs HYDRA match to allow us to watch 3 games.

When it comes down to how long a given map will last, we wouldn’t be surprised if the average time is more than 50 minutes. Even though HYDRA is the favorite, VP will not go down without a fight. Hence, we expect more extended and more interesting matches.
