Call of Duty players have uncovered a series of leaks relating to a final event before the release of the next main series title, Vanguard.
The celebration around Call of Duty (COD) Vanguard isn’t over—not by a long shot—and Warzone players are feeling the enthusiasm. A new event tied to the title’s release has been revealed for Warzone over a month before it’s allegedly meant to officially integrate.

The leaks were published by COD informants @ModenasHD and @alaix__ via their corresponding accounts on Twitter.
According to Modenas, Visions of Verdansk (VoV) is meant to be a cumulative flashback of everything that has happened on the map since the game’s release. It is a “live event” where “each new circle starts a random event.” Supply Boxes and Contracts could be one of the main avenues of content for this event “with a chance of Powerups or Keycards” along the way.
”Perfect way to conclude [the map] and move to Pacific Island,” they wrote.
Alaix published a tweet on Oct. 19 containing snippets of code datamined from the game’s files that reveal the event, as well. The code clearly states there could be a “expanded buy station” alongside new items and “loadout markers” set to be available for purchase after the loadout event.
DBLTAP cannot confirm the veracity of these leaks at this time. Neither Activision nor Raven Software have come forward to confirm the event at the time of writing. For now, we’ll have to wait and see exactly what visions players will be treated to.
