But they’re scattered across planets, so it’s difficult to pinpoint where each one is. This type of magazine will help increase weapon damage, accuracy, and range of your CombaTech weapons.

Freestar Captain’s Log 05	Freestar Mech Factory, Command Center	During ‘First to Fight, First to Die’ mission, go inside the office where you fight Paxton. It’s near a window.

GRUNT Issue 08	Retrofitted Starstation, Aranae III	During the ‘Failure to Communicate’ side quest. Inside the Starstation, take the elevator to the Observation Corridor. Walk over a long bridge and head up the stairs at the end of the bridge. Head left, then go inside the room on the right. The desk has the Skill Magazine.
GRUNT Issue 09	Deserted Colony War Barracks, any planet	Go up to the second floor inside the yellow dome building. Then walk into the room with a computer, and you’ll see the magazine.
GRUNT Issue 10	Forgotten Military Base, any planet	At the top of the building with three levels, you’ll find a long table. The magazine is on the table.

Mining Monthly Issue 08	Abandoned Mine, any planet	Enter the cavern area and walk through a locked blue door. Inside is the magazine on a table.
Mining Monthly Issue 09	Ice Mines, Titan	From the Homestead, head past the StarSap Tours and into the Ice Mines. Near the entrance inside the mines is the magazine.
