Where to find Oasis Source Bubbul Frog in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features more frogs than you’ve ever seen in a Zelda game. They’re all over the place, and there are rewards for finding them. Some of them hide away pretty well, though. Here is our guide telling you where to find the Oasis Source Bubbul Frog in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom – where to find Oasis Source Bubbul Frog

The frog in the Oasis Source cave is not especially difficult to find, once you locate its cave. You will want to bring along tools that can break away rocks. To reach your target, you must clear away some stout obstructions.

To find the Oasis Source Bubbul Frog, descend into the Kara Kara Bazaar Well. It is located south from the large pool of water at the center of the area. The map screenshot below shows the location of the frog underground, not far from where you can enter the well.

Once you descend into the well, start forward along the passageway. Almost immediately, you will find the way forward blocked by some of the dark gray rock that requires more power to clear. Near the center of it, I found a Rusty Claymore, which I grabbed and fused with a nearby Boulder so I wouldn’t run out of gear.

Beyond that first rock wall, there are two rock enemies you can smash apart for Amber. Near them, the path splits. You will see some brown rock to the right, or you can head up a slight slope to find two more of the dark rock walls. They are very thick. Smash apart either one of them to reach another hidden room in the cave (I went with the one on the right).

In this hidden room, the Bubbul Frog is climbing around on the walls and ceiling. Shoot it with an arrow and finish it off with melee attacks (if needed) for your Bubbul Gem reward.

Now you can backtrack and tend to other walls. They sometimes give up precious stones when destroyed. There are a lot of swords and rocks you can use to replenish your tool supply, as well.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for purchase from the Nintendo Store.
