There are a few steps involved in this request, but it’s worth it for the reward. Where you can get the fashionable item for Elizabeth in Persona 3 Reload is at Club Escapade in Paulownia Mall. To enter this club, you’ll first need to reach level two Courage, one of your three Social Stats.

After speaking to the Luxury Shopkeeper behind the bar, you’ll learn that he’s selling some fashionable glasses. The only problem is that they cost 150,000 yen, unless you can give him a Black Quartz. But where is this Black Quartz?

Speak to Elizabeth about the matter, and she’ll explain that you can get Black Quartz from the Lustful Snake Shadow in Tartarus. This enemy will drop Black Quartz once you defeat it, and it’s one of the rare enemies that emit stronger auras.

How to find the Lustful Snake

You can find the Lustful Snake enemy randomly throughout the Arqa Block of Tartarus, which is floors 28-68. It’s also a normal-type enemy on floors 69-91 in the Yabbashah Block.

If you don’t have those floors yet, and since this is a request with a deadline of 7/5, I’d recommend you explore the Arqa Block after getting a Rarity Fortune for 3,000 yen.

Speak to the Fortune Teller in Club Escapade to get a Rarity Fortune, which will increase your chances of encountering rare enemies in Tartarus. It’s entirely random whether or not you’ll find the Lustful Snake, so good luck! Once you find and defeat it, take the Black Quartz to the Luxury Shopkeeper and he’ll lower the price to 10,000 yen.
