The first one on the list is to the south west of Hyrule Castle. There is a Fairy Fountain there and you can find it here on the map.

Tabantha Bridge Stable
This one is to the west of Hyrule Castle but a bit further out than the New Serene Stable. It can be found here on the map.

New Serene Stable

Another one is to the west of the Castle but closer to the river. It is here on the map.

Gazette Stable
I don’t think this one counts as a Stable but it was before, so I am adding it. You can find this one near the old Rito town.

Woodland Stable
The next stable is slightly east of the Castle and is found here on the map.

Foothill Stable
Further than that you have the Foothill Stable and this one is getting close to the Goron area.

South Akkala Stable
Over near Tarry Town you can find the South Akkala Stable. It is here on the map.

East Akkala Stable

A bit more East of that you will find the East Akkala Stable. Be careful because Yiga are in the area.
