Respawn Entertainment has accidentally leaked their upcoming legend earlier than intended. The Apex Legends Vantage leaks not only showed off the newest character in the roster but also a preview of what to expect from season 14

The Leak
The Leak itself came as an in-game banner prematurely. The banner read: “There’s a new installment of the Stories from the Outlands! Watch Survive and meet the new Legend joining the Games in Apex Legends: Hunted, coming August 9!” There was a further caption that stated Vantage was “one of two people on her planet”
Vantage Abilities
The leaks describe Vantage as survivalist sniper Recon Legend. They gather information about the enemy before striking. Here are some of their abilities.
- Sniper Kit (Passive): Tactical info available in ADS unarmed or any long-range scopes (Legend name, shield rarity, team size, and range).
- Echo Launch (Tactical): Launch towards your winged companion, Echo. Order Echo by tapping Q. Launch to Echo by holding Q.
- Mark to Kill (Ultimate): A custom rifle that scans enemies and boosts damage for Vantage and her squad. Damage doubles for Vantage on successive shots. The team gets a 15% bonus on marked targets.
Season 14 of Apex Legends begins on August 9. Players can expect to play the new legend Vantage when the update for the newest season drops. According to the leaks, the new season will be titled Apex Legends: Hunted
