About Basic Crafting

You can craft some basic recipes with just the component parts, these come from various resources around the map.

About Blueprints

Blueprints are the basic plans you need to craft weapons. You won’t be able to make certain weapons without a blueprint. Like most pickups in Decaying Winter, blueprints are mostly random and spawn scattered around the map when the day phase kicks off.

About the Workbench

The workbench is a crafting utility that spawns somewhere on the map. Blueprints can be placed onto the bench and combined with scrap to create the items listen on the blueprint. Items will generally need either fifty or one-hundred pieces of scrap to craft.

About Scrap

Scrap is needed to craft items from blueprints. You can put it together in basic crafting using natural resources and combining two wood or two stone. Make sure to pick up the basic resources when you find them!
