10. Boom Esports – Earned $246,986 in 2022

Boom Esports is a professional gaming brand that was established in 2016. It is based out of Indonesia and has over 30 professional esports players working with them. The current roster of Boom Esports for Dota 2 includes Souliya “JaCkky” Khoomphetsavong, Erin Jasper “Yopaj” Ferrer, Saieful “Fbz” Ilham, Timothy “Tims” Randrup, and Rolen Andrei Gabriel “skem” Ong.

Chai Yee “Mushi” Fung is the coach and Isaac “LANE” Alfon is the manager of Boom Esports. Recently, the Dota 2 team from Boom Esports won 1st place in the DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division 1 and won $30,000 from the competition. Boom Esports is currently competing in the PGL Arlington Major 2022. 

9. Team Aster – Earned $275,500 in 2022

Team Aster has been gaining momentum in 2022. It won 1st place in the Intel World Open Beijing 2022 and walked away with a cash prize of $135,000. The offline tournament took place at the Jing’an Sports Center in Shanghai, China, between 19 – 22 January, 2022. Team Aster defeated Xtreme Gaming, Invictus Gaming, and 5 other esports teams to emerge as champions in the tournament. 

The current roster of Team Aster consists of Du “Monet” Peng, Zeng “Ori” Jiaoyang, Lin “Xxs” Jing, Ye “BoBoKa” Zhibiao, and Yu “皮球” Yajun. Team Aster is taking part in the ongoing PGL Arlington Major 2022 and will be competing in the ESL One Malaysia 2022. 

8. Nigma Galaxy – Earned $295,695 in 2022

Nigma Galaxy is a European esports organization. It was created in 2019 by former Team Liquid members after The International 2019 tournament. Nigma Galaxy placed 3rd in the GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022 and earned $32,695 in the competition. It won $200,000 in the Riyadh Masters 2022 that was held in July 2022 by placing 5th in the tournament.

The current Dota 2 players of Nigma Galaxy are Kuro Salehi “KuroKy” Takhasomi, Maroun “GH” Merhej, Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov, Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan, and Amer “Miracle-“ Al-Barkawi. The esports team is coached by Roman “rmN-“ Paley. Nigma Galaxy will be competing in The International 2022: Western Europe Qualifier in September 2022. 

7. Royal Never Give Up – Earned $330,500 in 2022

Royal Never Give Up is a professional esports organization from China. It announced its first Dota 2 team in 2018. 2022 has been a successful year for Royal Never Give Up. The esports team won 1st place in the DPC CN 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I and earned $30,000 from the online competition. It won $200,000 by placing 6th in the Riyadh Masters 2022. 

Yap Jian “xNova” Wei, Hu “kaka” Liangzhi, Yang “Chalice” Shenyi, Lu “Somnus丶M” Yao, and Daniel Chan Kok “Ghost” Hong are the current members of Royal Never Give Up. The Chinese esports team is presently competing in the PGL Arlington Major 2022. It will also be taking part in The International 2022: China Qualifier in September 2022. 

6. TSM – Earned $362,175 in 2022

TSM is one of the most recent additions to the Dota 2 esports community. Their first Dota 2 team was formed in January 2022 and has earned over $350,000 since its launch. The North American esports brand is coached by Rasmus “MISERY” Filipsen. TSM made a name for itself by winning 1st place in the DPC NA 2021/2022 Tour 1: Regional Final and earned $50,000 from the competition. 

The North American Dota 2 team won $100,000 by placing 2nd in the ESL One Stockholm 2022. The offline tournament took place at the Hovet Arena in Stockholm and had 14 teams competing for a prize pool of $500,000. Kim “DuBu” Doo-young, David Tan Boon “MoonMeander” Yang, Jonáš “SabeRLight-“ Volek, Jonathan De “Bryle” Guia, and Enzo “Timado” Gianoli are the current members of TSM. 

5. Tundra Esports – Earned $372,493 in 2022

Tundra Esports is an international gaming organization based in London, United Kingdom. The esports team has been competing in Dota 2 tournaments since 2021. Tundra Esports consists of Wu “Sneyking” Jingjun, Martin “Saksa” Sazdov, Neta “33” Shapira, Leon “Nine” Kirilin, and Oliver “skiter” Lepko. 

Kurtis Daniel “Aui_2000“ Ling is the coach of Tundra Esports. The esports team from the UK has taken part in numerous Dota 2 competitions in 2022. Tundra Esports earned $30,000 by placing 1st in the DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I. It earned $75,000 by placing 3rd in the ESL One Stockholm 2022.  

4. Team Secret – Earned $513,623 in 2022

Team Secret is a European esports team that has been playing Dota 2 professionally since 2014. The esports team played their first official match for the StarLadder StarSeries Season 10. Team Secret performed remarkably well for their debut and placed 2nd in the tournament to win $46,796. They have taken part in several international competitions and won thousands of dollars in cash prizes. 

The European gaming brand made over $3,500,000 by placing 3rd in The International 2021. Recently, Team Secret took part in the Riyadh Masters 2022 and the DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I. It will soon be competing in the ESL One Malaysia 2022 and The International 2022: Western Europe Qualifier.  

3. OG – Earned $736,623 in 2022

OG is a European gaming brand that has taken part in many prestigious Dota 2 tournaments. It was founded in 2015 and has won several accolades for its talent in the Dota 2 community. OG made history by winning four Dota Major Championships, including the 2017 Kiev Major. The international Dota 2 team has earned over $35,616,685 to date from various competitions. 

Mikhail “Misha” Agatov, Tommy “Taiga” Le, Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf, Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov, and Artem “Yuragi” Golubiev are the current members of OG. The team is coached by Evgenii “Chuvash” Makarov. OG won 1st place in the ESL One Stockholm 2022 and earned $200,000 from the tournament. 

2. Team Spirit – Earned $892,797 in 2022

Team Spirit is a Russian esports organization. It was founded in 2015 and entered the international arena of Dota 2 by participating in the MDL 2015 Winter – European Qualifiers. Team Spirit made a whopping $18,208,300 by placing first in The International 2021. The offline competition was held in October 2021 at Bucharest.

The Russian esports team won 1st place in the DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 1: Regional Final and won $50,000. The roster of Team Spirit includes Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, Miroslaw “Mira” Kolpakov, Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov, Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Khertek, and Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk. Airat “Silent” Gaziev has been coaching Team Spirit since 2020. 

1. PSG.LGD – Earned $1,729,500 in 2022

PSG.LGD is a Chinese esports brand that was created in 2009. It has a partnership with French football giants Paris Saint-Germain. The EPICENTER XL was the first tournament that PSG.LGD won by placing 1st in the competition. The Chinese esports team won $500,000 by beating 11 teams in the EPICENTER XL. 

Zhang “y`” Yiping, Zhao “XinQ” Zixing, Wang “萧瑟” Chunyu, Cheng Jin “NothingToSay” Xiang, and Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida are active members of PSG.LGD. The Chinese Dota 2 team won 1st place in the Riyadh Masters 2022 and earned $1,500,000 from the tournament. PSG.LGD is currently competing in the PGL Arlington Major 2022.
