ECSTATIC sign MASONIC trio

ECSTATIC have returned to an all-Danish roster by signing the MASONIC trio consisting of Casper “Cabbi” Jensen, Jonas “Queenix” Dideriksen and Tobias “kraghen” Kragh Jensen. ECSTATIC was previously international, dating all the way back to the Lyngby Vikings days before a rebranding in late 2021.

The triple signing rounds out the Danish team’s starting lineup, in which the newcomers join Jakob “Daffu” Schildt and the freshly promoted in-game-leader Marcus “maNkz” Kjeldsen.

ECSTATIC will play with a wholly Danish quintet

The trio will fill the void left behind by Thomas “birdfromsky” Due-Frederiksen, Dion “FASHR” Derksen and Adam “WolfY” Andersson — the latter substituted by Adrian “XELLOW” Guță standing in from April until the end of the season. The international lineup took ECSTATIC all the way to a peak 16th place in the world ranking at the beginning of the year, but dipped down to 41st after WolfY‘s departure.

The three signings all come from MASONIC together, where they reached a peak 44th place in the world ranking during the first half of 2021 alongside former teammates Anton “notaN” Pedersen and Theis “J3nsyy” Jensen.

“We have been very impressed by their performances in MASONIC, therefore it was an easy choice for us to try and get them to join us,” says ECSTATIC‘s CEO, Thomas Sinding. “Cabbi has been a part of our organization before, so it’s great to have him back. We have a bright future ahead of us with these guys, and we can’t wait to get started!”
