Monster Hunting Cheatsheet Bon Appeti

Monster Hunting Cheatsheet Bon Appeti

Bon Appeti is one of my favorite monsters in all of Lords Mobile. Not because she’s well-designed (she is). Not even just because she drops good loot (she does). I just love that smug grin on her face, and that massive “I just ate an entire Applebee’s” belly of hers. She’s awesome.

Unfortunately, you’re not so awesome. And that’s why you clicked on this guide. You’re getting your butt handed to you by this hungry mama, and you need me to tell you exactly how to beat her. That’s pretty pathetic, but I guess I’ll take pity on you, this time.

How to Attack Bon Appeti?

Attacking Bon AppetiAttacking Bon Appeti

In this section, I’m going to talk to you like you’re really, really dumb. Maybe you are. In which case, this all worked out great! So, first things first, Bon Appeti will bring her big buns to the Kingdom Map for a period of no less than 2 hours and 55 minutes.

That’s how long you’ll have to beat her. And, as long as you use the right kind of attacks, you shouldn’t have a problem. But, of course, you’re here, reading this guide. So I guess you must have quite a few problems.

If you’re struggling to slay Bon Appeti, you’re probably using the wrong kind of heroes. She’s super strong against magic attacks, so heroes like Elementalist and Sage of Storms just won’t work. Instead, you need to focus on using physical attacks and agility heroes to get the job done.

She also has total immunity to ailments and negative status effects. So don’t even bother trying with those kinds of attacks. Instead, just hit her repeatedly with attacking heroes as fast as you can. But don’t take too long, or else she’ll quite literally eat your entire lineup.

Bon Appeti F2P Lineup

If you only have access to the F2P heroes, you may struggle with certain monsters, like Bon Appeti. Spoiler alert: the game is designed to make you spend money. However, it’s still possible to defeat this big-bellied angel, as long as you put the right team together.

Level 1-4 Bon Appeti F2P Hero Lineup: Black Crow, Demon Slayer, Scarlet Bolt, Tracker, Trickster

This lineup will work all the way up to level 4, as long as your archers have high levels. If not, you might have a few problems, but you can swap one or two characters out, if you need to. Remember, it’s always best to use your highest-level heroes in every battle, as they’ll have the best stats and most HP.

Level 5 Bon Appeti F2P Hero Lineup: Black Crow, Demon Slayer, Scarlet Bolt, Death Knight, Trickster

For level 5, you’re going to need a little more muscle. That’s why I recommend recruiting Death Knight in place of Tracker. He can soak up some damage while your archers bombard Bon Appeti with bolts and arrows.

Bon Appeti P2P Lineup

If you’re a P2P player, you really shouldn’t need guides like this. You have access to many more heroes and the game is way easier when you pour money into it. But, if you still somehow need my help, here it is.

Level 1-5 Bon Appeti P2P Hero Lineup: Black Crow, Demon Slayer, Scarlet Bolt, Cursed Hunter, Mastercook

No matter which level Bon Appeti you’re dealing with, this lineup should work. It includes a few freebie heroes, like Black Crow and Demon Slayer, for their damage potential. But I’ve also added some crucial paid heroes, like Cursed Hunter and Mastercook.

Cursed Hunter can do huge amounts of damage while also boosting the ATK power of other party members. Meanwhile, Mastercook is the perfect match for the always-hungry Bon Appeti, ready to stuff her face full of burning coals and fiery rockets.

Bon Appeti Rewards

After the main course comes desert. And once you beat Bon Appeti, you’ll get to see all the sweet loot she left behind. Like most other monsters in the game, she can drop a collection of boosts and resources, as well as some unique materials.

If you’re too lazy to look this up yourself, here’s the full list:

Bon Appeti RewardsBon Appeti Rewards
  • Chest (Common to Legendary, depending on the level)
  • Speed Up (Between 1h and 24h)
  • Shield (8h to 3d)
  • Gems (200 to 1,000)
  • Gold (15k to 600k)
  • Angelic Plume
  • Glowing Halo
  • Holy Silk
  • Lux Bracers

Now, pay attention so you don’t get confused; those last four items are the ones you’ll want to find the most. Why? Well, they’re the materials you use to craft the Bon Appeti Set. I’ll tell you more about that in the next section, so put your chubby fingers to work and scroll down a little.

Gears

I’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is that the Bon Appeti Set has some of the best items in the game. The bad news is that you stink, but also that it’s going to take you a LOT of time to collect all the materials you need to make the best items.

But that’s life, kid, you need to put in effort if you want to get good stuff, even in video games. Here’s a full breakdown of Bon Appeti’s amazing equipment:

Gear for Bon AppetiGear for Bon Appeti
  • Ambrosial Cup: Let’s start the show with a showstopper: the Ambrosial Cup. This extraordinary accessory can give you some jaw-dropping bonuses if you get it all the way to Mythic level. It provides 35% boosts to both infantry and ranged ATK, along with 21% more infantry and ranged HP. Hot damn! The only downside is that you need so many materials to make this thing, it’ll take hours of effort. But you have a lot of free time, I’m sure, so that won’t be an issue.
  • Hedonic Cuirass: The Hedonic Cuirass armor piece is another gem from our generous gal, Bon Appeti. It provides 35% increases to infantry and range ATK, along with a 42% bonus HP for your infantry troops. It’s not as good as the cup, but it’s way cheaper to make.
  • Indulgent Visage: Meh. Like your report cards in high school, the Indulgent Visage is a disappointment. It’s the weakest piece of the set, with only minor bonuses of 14% to infantry and ranged ATK.
  • Decadent Sword: Another winner. The Decadent Sword gives you 35% more infantry and ranged ATK, along with 14% ranged DEF and 14% more infantry HP. It’s a very solid main-hand weapon for boosting your attack strength, and it works well with the other items of the set.

Bon Appeti Packs

Prefer to take the coward’s way out? Of course, you do. In that case, you can just skip fighting Bon Appeti entirely and just buy Bon Appeti Chests. They’ll give you the same items you’d get for beating her. But remember, the contents of chests are randomized, and you might not always get what you want. The odds of Glowing Halos, in particular, are super-duper low. Good luck finding those!

Final Thoughts

Okay, that’s all from me. You’re on your own now. So get back into the game and put what you’ve learned into action. Just remember to avoid magic users entirely, unless you have no other choice, as they’ll do very little damage to Bon Appeti.

Instead, bring in your archers and hard hitters, and take the fight straight to her face. If you do it enough times, you might finally get enough Glowing Halos to make yourself some neat gear and stop making mistakes. It’ll definitely take a while, but it’s your time, not mine, so I don’t really care. Bye!
