New Assassin’s Creed Mirage Trailer Shows Off The City Of Baghdad

During Opening Night Live at Gamescom 2023, we got a new look at AC Mirage and the city of Baghdad. Since the entire game will take place there, it seems like a good idea to let us know more about it.

New Assassin’s Creed Mirage Trailer Shows Of The City Of Baghdad

The trailer shows daily life in Baghdad during the 9th century. Basim and a woman are speaking about the city and reminiscing about his childhood here. While that happens, we get scenes of Basim sneaking around and climbing on buildings.

While Basim has the fondest memories for the city, he hates what it has become. The order of the Ancients seeks to take the city over, and he isn’t having that. A few different assassinations are also done to show those off. The last part shows enemies with what looks like a flamethrower, so who knows what king od weapons we’ll encounter in Mirage.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is meant to be a smaller game than Valhalla, Odyssey, and Origins. You only get to play in Baghdad, but the city looks huge when they zoom out in the trailer. Hopefully, it is still fun to explore.
