Philadelphia Eagles Agree to 1-Year Deal With Jaquiski Tartt

The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent safety Jaquiski Tartt on Friday.

Tartt, 30, played the first seven seasons of his career with the San Francisco 49ers. He registered 367 total tackles, 18 passes defended and four interceptions in his time with the 49ers.

With the Eagles, Tartt will likely fight for a starting spot next to returning starter Anthony Harris.

The Eagles have added a lot to their roster this offseason as they make a push to compete in the NFC. They have acquired wide receiver A.J. Brown along with rookies linebacker Nakobe Dean and Jordan Davis. After making the playoffs following the 2021 season, the Eagles will be looking to do more after building their roster up.
