Pokemon Go’s Community Day for the month of July will be featuring the Flying-type Pokemon Starly, and there will be special research in which players can take part to get some exciting rewards.

Community Days are one of the most awaited events in Pokemon Go, as they give players a chance to catch some exciting Pokemon, go shiny hunting, and get some exciting rewards along the way as well. For the July community day, players will be getting the following bonuses during the course of the event.

• Increased Spawns
• 3x Catch XP
• 3-hour Incense
• 3-hour Lures
• 2x Catch Candy
• 2x Chance to receive Starly XL Candy from catching Starly
• 1 extra special trade can be made during the event and five hours after the event (maximum of 3 for the day)
• Trades made during the event and five hours after the event will require 50% less Stardust.

As far as the special research is concerned, it is locked behind a ticket that players need to purchase for $1. Players can buy this ticket directly or get it as a gift from someone else, and it will be unlocking an entire quest with an array of rewards.

First things first, the duration of Community Days has been significantly reduced, and they last only for three hours nowadays. While Special Research tasks are not that difficult or long these days, you will still need to play for more than half of the event to be able to make the most of the Community Day. You can also try waiting a while until the Special Research tasks are out, which usually happens when the event goes live in regions like New Zealand and Australia and then planning your purchase accordingly.
