The developers of Return To Moria recently announced a new patch, namely Hotfix 1.0.1! This hotfix addresses a number of issues with Infinite Dot Walls, also known as Fog Walls. It also addresses issues with long load times between map stones and an issue where enemies disappear after extended gameplay.

Infinite Dot Walls

Infinite Dot Walls are graphical glitches that can occur when loading new areas of the game. They appear as a solid wall of dots that prevents players from passing. While most Dot Walls clear up within a few seconds, some players have been experiencing Infinite Dot Walls that do not go away on their own.

Hotfix 1.0.1 greatly reduces the number of Infinite Dot Walls that occur. It also provides a workaround for players who encounter an Infinite Dot Wall:

• Leave the area and come back after a few minutes.
• If the Infinite Dot Wall is still present, close the game and reload.

Improved Load Times

Hotfix 1.0.1 also reduces long load times between map stones, particularly when fast traveling from the Drain Pumps area. This should make getting around the world of Moria much smoother and faster.

Another fix for this would be to upgrade the drivers for your graphics card and your hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD)

Random Disappearing Enemies

Finally, Hotfix 1.0.1 fixes an issue where enemies would disappear after extended gameplay. This should ensure that players always have a challenge to face, no matter how long they’ve been playing.
