Sega has announced 11 more games coming to the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Mini 2. The newest list of games join 11 more that were announced earlier this month when the Genesis/Mega Drive Mini 2 was originally unveiled.
As is tradition, the list of games has been divided into cartridge games and Sega/Mega CD games. Sega has released a trailer giving a look at these newly-announced games. Check it out below.
Alongside the games, Sega has also announced that it will be releasing the Cyber Stick controller for the mini console on the same day as the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Mini 2.
Cartridge games:
- After Burner II
- Columns III: Revenge of Columns
- Megapanel
- Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water
- Out Run
- Puzzle & Action: Ichidant-R
- Splatterhouse 2
- Star Mobile
Sega/Mega CD games:
- Night Striker
- The Ninja Warriors
- Starblade
To go further with the nostalgia, Sega has also previously announced a full Tower Mini 2 add-on for the mini console. The Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Tower Mini 2 add-on also includes a mini-disc for Sonic CD, a mini cartridge for Virtua Racing, and spacers to mount the original Genesis/Mega Drive Mini and Super 32X Mini.
The Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Mini 2 is set to release on October 27 in Japan, priced at 9,980 yen.
