When Does Warzone 2 Launch?

Fans playing through Modern Warfare 2‘s campaign will soon be able to play Warzone 2 on Nov. 16.

The campaign for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 released on Oct. 20 and while both old and returning players can experience the campaign, many are wondering when they will be able to access other multiplayer modes and most importantly, Warzone 2, the sequel to the original game that released in 2020.

Warzone 2 will officially be released on Nov. 16, 27 days after the release of Modern Warfare 2’s campaign. Warzone 2’s launch map will be Al Mazrah, a map featuring 18 different POI’s that players will be able to explore to their heart’s content. A new map, Las Almas, is also rumored to be the next Warzone map by a reputable leaker, though this information comes without any official sources.

This small period of time between Warzone 2 and the Modern Warfare 2 campaign will give enough time for players to experience the reimagined story of one of Call of Duty’s most popular games.
