More than three months have passed since we have got a new chapter for Black Clover, which means we’re all eager to jump back in. Most importantly, the last chapter ended on a major cliffhanger, and it’s no exaggeration to say that it was the most shocking Black Clover chapter ever. Asta and his teammates somehow manage to defeat Lucifero, but who would have thought that the Wizard King, Julias Novachrono, would turn out to be Lucious Zogratis and the host of the demon lord Astaroth.

Spoilers For Black Clover Chapter 332

The new chapter is titled Final Declaration and starts with Underworld, 7th gate. Lucifero is lying on the ground and looks miserable as he mutters about having the strongest magic. In the meantime, Lucious appears and says that humans have the most superior magic in this world.

A time skip of one year and three months takes place and shows Asta being promoted to the Senior Magic Knight position. Several important people are attending the ceremony as well. Yuno can’t be seen anywhere as he is on a mission, but he is Grand Magic Knight now.

Damnatio has disappeared, so the devil trials stagnate, and people gossip about why the Wizard King is missing. Asta and Fuego have small chitchat where the latter says there are still distrustful people toward the devil’s powers. But Fuego addresses Asta’s contribution, which makes him happy. Asta then discusses the next Wizard King and says that it could be either Nozel, Fuego, or Mereo. To this, Nozel says that everything is on hold.

Yami is confused why Charlotte has been acting strangely near him for the past year. Finrel then discloses that she confessed her love for him while he was lying unconscious. Yami is sitting on the toilet and wonders if Charlotte is in love with him. Asta decides to confess to Sister Lily, and she turns him down when he proposes. She says, “you’re like family…. like a sweet brother to me.” Asta accepts the rejection but says that he will become Wizard King, to which Sister Lily says he definitely will. At the end of the chapter, Lucious appears and congratulates Asta and says that he has reached the endpoint.
