Pomelo Games, an indie game dev team based in Uruguay, has announced their game Outlanders is headed to PC via Steam.
The game is currently available on Apple Arcade since 2019.
Outlanders is a city-builder (or town-builder), where you are the town leader, tasking the citizens on what to build and ensuring they have food and shelter.
Unlike the recent trends of survival city-builders where failure has catastrophic consequences, Outlanders is a chill game (with a soothing soundtrack), with no combat elements and is intently designed to be less about micromanaging.
While there is a sandbox mode, the campaign has mission-based levels where you play as a different town leader in a new town that should get both newcomers and city-builder veterans get to grips of Outlanders’ brand of gameplay.
The Steam release will see a refreshed UI based on player feedback.
Outlanders will be out on PC via Steam in Q1 2023.
