K23 formally add clax and Raijin

K23 have added Timur “clax” Sabirov and Konstantin “Raijin” Trubarov on a permanent basis, the team announced on Twitter. The Russian duo joined the Kazakh organization in late May and filled the void left by the departure of David “n0rb3r7” Danielyan and Petr “fame” Bolyshev to Virtus.pro.

20-year-old clax is now officially part of K23

Despite his young age, clax has been a sort of journeyman up to this point, playing for several CIS teams in the past three years. His CV includes entries such as EXTREMUM, where he played with Nikita “waterfaLLZ” Matveyev, and Singularity, where he teamed up with Denis “seized” Kostin and Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács for a time.

Raijin also played with waterfaLLZ in his two most recent teams, AVE and ASG. The young Russian performed well in his previous lineups and now has a chance to showcase his talents on a slightly bigger stage.

In the short time spent with K23, the two young riflers have played a few qualifiers and online events. Most notably, ESL Challenger League Season 41 Europe saw the squad crash out in last place, meaning they will fight for their place in the league against the best teams from ESEA Advanced at Relegation S41.
