According to EA Sports, there will be a team two of the best-of TOTW featured in packs after team one. Here is when we can expect to see the best-of TOTW team two in FIFA 22.

Team one of the best-of TOTW is featured in packs until Saturday, Nov. 27 at 1 PM. ET. Once the first team is out of packs, we will have the second wave of the best-of TOTW players immediately re-added to packs. Team two will be available in packs from that point until Tuesday. Nov. 30.
With the many top-level cards released in best-of TOTW team one, you may think, “How will we have any good players in team two?” Well, there are still some that were excluded from team one that we can expect will feature in the second team, including the likes of 90 rated Sadio Mane, 91 rated Harry Kane, 86 Rated Gabriel Jesus, and others. We will find out exactly which players are chosen tomorrow.
