Magic: The Gathering The Brothers’ War Set Releases This Month With 287 Cards, Including Transformers

Wizards Of The Coast will be releasing the latest set for Magic: The Gathering this November.

The Brother’s War set is the second instalment of a four-part Phyrexia storyline. But also, it’s the first set to include Universes Beyond with the addition of Transformers cards.

While the main storyline here is a throwback to the 1994 set Antiquities, featuring the same rivalry of two brothers Urza and Mishra, The Brothers’ War set will also have Optimus Prime and Megatron as part of the 287 cards release.

For Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, players who purchase at least RM450 on any The Brothers’ War product can receive one limited-edition Token collectable, which is either “Construct” or “Urzan Automaton”. The tokens are the first two of a three-part MTG The Brothers’ War Battlefiled Mural.

The Brothers’ War set is focused on artifacts, which include Powerstones. Cards with the Prototype, Meld, and Unearth mechanics are also part of this set.

10 full-art basic land cards, and reprints of famous Magic cards are also part of this set.

The Brothers’ War Set for Magic: The Gathering will be available as Draft Boosters, Set Boosters, Collector Boosters, Jumpstart Boosters, Commander decks and Bundles. It will be available on November 18.
