The three most recent Persona games are getting released on platforms outside of PlayStation. We know that Persona 5 Royal is ready to launch this month, but now we have a release date for Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden.

That’s just one release date, as both titles will launch on the same date: January 19, 2023.

Persona 3 Portable has you join the school SEES (Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad) to investigate the Dark Hour by climbing through the many floors of Tartarus. This is the title where you summon Personas by shooting a gun to the head. P3P is based on the PSP release of the title, which offers an option to play as a female protagonist, and offers some quality of life updates to make combat play in line with Persona 4.

Persona 4 Golden see you transfer to a school in the quiet countryside town of Inaba. And after a series of mysterious deaths, and rumours of a TV show that only runs in rainy midnight, you band together with friends to investigate. P4 Golden was also previously a handheld release (on the PS Vita), also the first to have a release on PC via Steam. This edition adds more content to the already stellar RPG.

Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden will be released on January 19, 2023 on “modern platforms”.

For Persona 3 Portable, that’s for the PS4, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch.

For Persona 4 Golden, that’s for the PS4, PC (Microsoft Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and Switch.

Persona 5 Royal will be out on October 21 for the PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch.

All three games will be launching on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
