Marvel’s Midnight Suns Season Pass Will Add New Heroes, Including Morbius

2K and Marvel Entertainment revealed that the upcoming strategy-RPG Marvel’s Midnight Suns will be getting a Season Pass.

The Season Pass will contain 4 DLC packs with each pack adding a new hero that will join the Midnight Suns.

The roster additions here are fascinating, as it has a good mix of heroes Marvel fans love, some may be ironically so.

The DLC Packs in Marvel’s Midnight Suns Season Pass are as follows:

• DLC Pack #1 – Deadpool: A foulmouthed mercenary with a heart of gold, Deadpool has a penchant for grisly violence and lighthearted, fourth-wall breaking wisecracks
• DLC Pack #2 – Venom: Spider-Man’s nemesis and one of the main game’s bosses, Venom turns playable hero in DLC #2, armed with all of the same symbiote attacks that once threatened the lives of the Midnight Suns
• DLC Pack #3 – Morbius: One of the original comic book Midnight Sons, Morbius is an accomplished biochemist who, in an attempt to cure his own rare blood disease, turned himself into a living vampire
• DLC Pack #4 – Storm: A powerful member of the X-Men, Storm has the ability to generate and manipulate wind, lightning, rain, and other types of weather to her will

Deadpool is a given, given that the Midnight Suns Twitter has been teasing him for some time- Deadpool was the one announcing the Season Pass, in true Deadpool fashion.

But there will definitely be a good chunk of fans that are going to be ironically/unironically hyped (and the more reasonable ones that are going to roll their eyes) that Morbius will be joining the Midnight Suns roster.

To be fair, he is one of the original Midnight Sons from the comics, so his inclusion is more of a nod to the source material if anything.

For those not excited to see how Morbius morbed all over the place, Venom (which will appear in the main story as an enemy) and Storm also will join the roster via DLC.

The DLC packs adds more than just the characters. Each pack will have new story missions, a new upgrade to the Abbey and a selection of new skins and outfits.

The Season Pass also includes the Legendary Premium Pack which adds 23 premium skins, all available at launch.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns will release on December 2 for the PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S. The PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch versions will be released at a later date.
