Set 20 years before the events of AC Valhalla, we play as Basim Ibn Ishaq (a key character from the previous game) during his start of his creed being The Hidden One in Baghdad. It’ll mark a return to it’s old roots of assassinating evil figures that it’s action-RPG lite self the past three games.

Then we get to the far future of the Assassin’s Creed series.

The games after Mirage will see the series finally going for Feudal Japan (Codename Red) and a new mysterious location that feels very mystical (Codename Hexe), both of which will be under the AC Infinity Hub, a sort of real-world version of the Animus where you can access these two upcoming titles, whenever it releases.

This couple with an open-world title set in China for mobile (Codename Jade with collaboration with Tencent) and the final piece of content for Valhalla coming at the end of this year, it’s all looking mighty solid for this series that’s going 15 years strong.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage will launch sometime next year for PlayStation, Xbox and PC, with no release date for the other three upcoming projects.
